How quickly can you set up an account?

An account opening process takes just a few minutes. You can sign up through our website and by downloading the app. Alternatively, you can contact our support team through our provided local numbers in UK and Canada and our WhatsApp number or live chat if you are reaching us from a country other than the UK and Canada.

How long does it take to send and receive money?

Online money transfers will typically take 1-2 working days up to the currency and country to which you would like to send money.

Will you need any ID?

When you open a bank account, you usually need to take some ID into the bank branch. Bazar Money Transfer is no different. We’re a financial institution, so we need to know who’s using our service. It helps us combat money laundering and keep everyone’s money safe. So, depending on where you’re sending money from, and how much you transfer, we’ll ask for you to verify your identity.

What payment methods can you use?

We can accept payment by debit card via our online platform or a wire transfer from your bank to us. Alternatively, you can visit your local bank branch to make a transfer. You can also use your online banking, your mobile banking app, or telephone banking if you have this set-up. Please note, that for security reasons, we are unable to take payments by card over the telephone.

Is there a minimum/maximum amount you can transfer?

The minimum amount you can transfer online is £50, or the equivalent in whichever currency you’re converting. The maximum amount you’re able to send with us online is £500,000, or the equivalent in whichever currency you’re transacting. If you have a purchase larger than this, please call us and our dedicated team will help you to facilitate your transfer.

What do we do with your information and ID?

We store your proof of ID and information securely, as it needs to be recorded in compliance with our regulators. This data is not passed on to third parties unless it is vital to your use of Bazar Money Transfer (for example passing on information to our partner bank to complete a transfer), as required by law, or consented to as outlined in our privacy policy.

how do we verify your business?

  • Sing up. Register your business through our website or the app.
  • Tell us about your business. You’ll need to share details of your business registration, where your business is located and the industry, you’re in.
  • Tell us about owners. As the admin of this account, we need your details like name, date of birth, and country of residence for all legal business owners and directors.
  • You’re verified. When we verified your business, we’ll send you a confirmation email,
  • Set up and pay for a transfer. you’ll need to add money to your account. once we receive your money, we’ll work to get it done within 1–2 working days.
